Ticket Terms and Conditions
REVOCABLE LICENSE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND TERMS OF USE
Acceptance or other use of this ticket constitutes agreement to the following terms and conditions: This ticket is a revocable license to attend an athletic event (Event). Every person regardless of age must have a ticket for admission into the Event. The ticket may be revoked, and attendance at the Event may be denied, at any time in the sole discretion of the University of Notre Dame du Lac (UND). UND reserves the right to refuse to admit into or eject from the Event any person on the basis of suspected illness or whose conduct is deemed by UND to be illegal, unruly, dangerous, or in violation of these terms and conditions or any other UND rules. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for any reason.
The user of the ticket (User) voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks in any way incidental to the Event, including without limitation risk of personal injury (including death), risk of exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses (or the causes thereof), risk of loss, theft, and damage of property, and risk of harm due to the acts or omissions of other Event attendees, whether any such risk occurs prior to, during, or after the Event (whether inside or outside of the Event venue). User releases all Event participants and UND, and its trustees, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims and liability arising out of or related to the Event, including without limitation claims and liability arising out of the negligence of each of the foregoing released parties or arising from contracting any illness by attending the Event.
User shall not distribute, license, sell, create, exhibit, reproduce, adapt, display, perform, excerpt, publish, or otherwise use any picture, photograph, drawing, video, audio, account, or description of the Event (i) for any commercial, promotional, or business purpose, or (ii) in any manner that is intended to provide, is promoted or marketed as, or otherwise constitutes a substitute for radio, television, or video coverage of the Event.
User grants UND and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his/her voice, image, likeness, and/or other rights of publicity in any live or recorded video, display, broadcast, photo image, or other transmission, reproduction, or depiction of all or any part of the Event in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including for commercial purposes. User agrees not to take any action, or to cause others to take action, that would infringe on the rights of UND and its designees as set forth in this paragraph.
This ticket is subject to UND's Athletic Ticket Resale Policy and may not be duplicated. UND will not honor tickets that have been lost, stolen, or counterfeited, and will not refund lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets. Patrons leaving the venue will not be re-admitted.
UND reserves the right to designate in its sole discretion items prohibited from the Event venue. User consents to searches of his/her person and belongings upon entry into the Event, and to health screenings prior to, during, or after the Event in UND's discretion. Refusal to submit to such searches or screenings constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions, and will result in a denial of entry into or removal from the Event. Any prohibited items found at the time of a search or within the Event venue may be confiscated. Possession of prohibited items in the Event venue is a violation of these terms and conditions, and is grounds for ejection from the Event.
